Ask the team to confirm the option selected for your repair and the applicable written terms. Paint coverage should not be confused with a lifetime warranty on every part or repair.

What should I have ready?
Bring or have available your vehicle information, a description of what happened or what you are experiencing, and any insurance or claim information relevant to a collision repair.
Do you focus more on collision or mechanical work?
Both are available, but the shop is positioned collision-first, with EV, ADAS and technology-related services integrated into the repair process when required.
Can photos tell the whole story after a collision?
Photos can be useful for an initial conversation, but hidden damage and electronic or safety-system concerns often require an in-person inspection.
Are you open on weekends?
The Thornhill workshop is closed Saturday and Sunday. You can submit accident photos online at any time. Enquiries are reviewed during our Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. business hours. Arrange any physical drop-off directly with the team.
Are estimates free, and how soon can I get one?
Estimates are free for most repairs, usually within 24 hours. Send photos and vehicle details and the team will tell you whether your repair can be quoted from photos.
Some damage (hidden structural, electrical or safety-system damage) needs an in-person inspection. If that inspection carries a fee, we tell you the amount before we start, and part of it is credited toward your repair when the work is done at ZhoopZhoop.
Online submissions are accepted any time. Photos sent on a weekend or holiday are reviewed the next business day (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.). A photo estimate is preliminary and may change if an inspection reveals additional damage.
Do you work on vehicles with cameras and radar?
Yes. ZhoopZhoop offers ADAS calibration services for supported systems and vehicles when calibration is required after collision, glass or related repair work.
