How we handle your insurance claim
- Call us or send photos. Call (905) 886-2737 or upload accident photos any time. Have your insurer’s name and claim number ready if you have one.
- We help with towing if needed. If the car isn’t safe to drive, we can help arrange a tow to our Thornhill shop.
- We inspect and document the damage. We check for hidden and structural damage, sensors and safety systems, then prepare an estimate with photos.
- We deal with your adjuster. We send the estimate and photos to your insurer and handle any supplements if more damage is found once parts come off.
- We help arrange your rental. If your policy includes rental coverage, we help set up a rental car while your vehicle is with us.
- We repair, calibrate and check. Bodywork, paint, ADAS camera and radar calibration, and a final quality check before pickup.
- We bill your insurer directly. You pay only your deductible, if one applies, and pick up your car with a lifetime paint warranty.

Insurance claim questions
Do I need my insurer’s approval before bringing my car in?
No. You can bring your car in or send photos first. We’ll inspect it and work with your adjuster on approval. Report the accident to your insurer as soon as you can — see should you call insurance first?
What do I pay?
We bill your insurer directly for the approved repair. You pay your deductible if your policy has one for the claim, plus anything your insurer doesn’t cover, which we’ll explain before work starts.
My insurer already wrote an estimate. Can you still do the repair?
Yes. Bring the estimate. An insurer’s first estimate is often a starting point; if we find more damage once parts are removed, we document it and send a supplement to your adjuster. Learn what a supplement is.
